New Hallway Carpets Are Coming to South Newport!

Exciting news, South Newport residents! The Board of Directors has officially approved a much-needed upgrade to our common areas—new hallway carpeting is on the way.

Installation Schedule

To keep everything running smoothly, the installation has been scheduled floor by floor:

• 1st Floor: April 14–18

• 2nd Floor: April 21–25

• 3rd Floor: April 28–May 2

Work will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

During your floor’s installation week, we kindly ask that you do not schedule move-ins/outs, furniture or appliance deliveries. This will help the crew work efficiently and prevent any disruptions or damage to the new carpeting.

Entry & Exit Instructions

Once the new carpet squares are in place, they’ll need a little time to properly adhere to the floor. To ensure everything sets correctly, instructions will be posted on each door with details on how to safely enter and exit your unit during this time.
