Important Announcement: Transition to Realta Property Management

Dear Homeowners,

We hope this message finds you well. After careful deliberation and a focus on what’s best for our community, we have made the decision to part ways with Diversified Association Management (DAM). Beginning March 1st, we will officially be working with Realta Property Management.

As your HOA Board, our top priority is ensuring that our homeowners and our building are well-supported. The transition to DAM, following the unexpected sale of our former property management company, Pacific Coast Management, was challenging. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of assistance needed to maintain and enhance our building during this time. As a result, we made the decision to search for a new partner who can better meet the needs of our community.

We are excited to begin this new chapter with Realta. They bring the expertise and commitment we need to continue several important projects that were initiated during the transition between Pacific Coast Management and Diversified. We are optimistic about the positive changes this partnership will bring.

Please keep an eye out for communications from Realta in the coming weeks. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to your HOA Board members—we are here to assist you.
